1) Go to our online form

Select Add to Cart for your desired memberships

2) Select Continue to Forms

Provide info and Continue to Payment

3) Pay Membership Fee
Submit your payment information  

 

Pay by Check (to 'HVES PTA')
Place it in an envelope marked "PTA" and either:
a) take to the school main office,
b) send in a Thursday folder, or
c) bring to a PTA General or Planning meeting. 

 

4) The PTA will notify you when your application has been processed.
