Why Should I Volunteer?

"When do I have time to volunteer?", you ask yourself. "I am too busy being a parent!" Volunteering is important for all of us. Volunteering at your child's school may be one of the most important things you can ever do for them.

How? Why? Because it sends a very clear message to your child (and other students for that matter) that you are willing to devote your most precious commodity - yourself - to something that is important to you - their education.  It shows them you support them and their teachers, and lets them know what they do matters to you.

It's All About Them!

We're talking about the teachers and staff who nurture your child everyday of the school year. Your helping hands and smiling faces can lighten the load of managing the little things so they can spend more time with our children in the classroom.

We Need You!

The number one reason people don't volunteer is because no one asked them. Well, we are asking! Your time, knowledge and skills are needed and wanted by our staff and students. The diversity of our community and the experiences you can share is invaluable. Whether it's a little time or a lot - on campus or at home - mom, dad, grandparents ... WE NEED YOU!

We can't do it without your help! So if you know - or want to know - how you can help, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator or check out our Leadership Contact Page to contact a particular activity coordinator.
